Finance Committee
The Finance Committee:
- Produce an annual budget for Court's approval, together with rolling 5 year projections
- Monitor the Company's financial position
- Protect the Company's property, investments and other assets
- Allocate a budget to the House Committee to maintain our Hall
- Review the audited accounts for the Company and its subsidiaries and the auditors' reports
- Oversee the generation of additional revenue
- Appoint and review professional advisors, bankers, and contractors including caterers
- Review risk and monitor the Company risk register
- Review reports from the Investment Committee on the performance of the Company's investments
